BalticMedBridge ("we", "us") is an independent medical coordination service headquartered in Riga, Latvia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, country of residence, treatment area of interest, language preference, and any details you include in the consultation form or send to us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, referral source, browser type, and approximate location (country level).
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your consultation request and coordinate access to medical providers on your behalf.
- To communicate with you in your preferred language.
- To improve our website and services (analytics, only with your consent).
We do not sell your personal data. Health-related information you share with us is treated with strict confidentiality and shared only with the medical providers involved in your coordination, with your knowledge.
3. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: required for the website to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice and whether you dismissed on-page notifications). These do not require consent.
- Analytics: privacy-friendly traffic measurement, loaded only if you choose "Accept All" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the banner will appear again.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where you request coordination services, for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting coordination, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
